Picking flowers...

I had fun trying to change the color balance on these pics of Emma and Liv. While I still don't really know what I'm doing with all the editing, it is fun to mess around with one picture to see how the image changes...

Fun with Grandad, Nana, and Uncle Robert

We had a wonderful time with Uncle Robert, Grandad and Nana at the Tracy Aviary. The kids had their fun feeding the birds, and we met up with uncle Rob at the park after that. What a great day!
Isn't it fun to see the Ward family resembelence?

A Day at the Zoo!

We had oodles of fun at the Deception Park Zoo with Myles' work. The kids had a ball. We'll be back soon.

Berry Pickin'

We get such great berries in the Northwest. It has become a tradition to go berry picking for strawberries, raspberries and blueberries every year. We've found some fun farms, and the kids look forward to see how full they can get their buckets. We picked 12 pounds of raspberries this year and 11 pounds of blueberries. We had a blast, and then got a real treat: Myles made raspberry jam. Thanks, hon!

Fun at the fair!

Daddy Jeff and I were able to take the kids to the fair this summer. While it is nice to have another teacher friend to do things with in the summer, we both wished Myles and Lalisha could have joined us. The kids had a blast petting animals, riding rides, and hangin' out with horses. Lucas and Addison even joined in a tractor pull!

My Mom

We wish Mom were still here to watch Alivia be pulled in the sled during our winter excursions in the Cascades. We miss her when we're playing: Stick Out Your Tongue When Dad Says, "Cheese!" with the new camera. I ache that she can't watch Alivia and Adison grow up. But we know her love stays with us and that Addison knows Nonni Angel will keep the bad dreams away every night.
